Optimal video settings
When uploading a video, the optimal settings that you can use is mp4, h264.
Don't forget the web optimizer option (aka, progressive download) if your rendering software supports it.
And lastly any resolution above 720x480 is converted into 480p.
Videos uploaded with different settings should still work, however they may take longer to upload than if you apply the optimal settings mentioned above.
